Welcome. This site is a directly managed online-shop of OKA CRAFT. We specialize in Japanese puzzle boxes (Himitsu-Bako)!

Gift message

Many of our customers want to share the surprise they experience when they open the Japanese puzzle box with others, such as family and friends. Therefore, some people purchase puzzle boxes as gifts. They either buy them from this site to hand over personally or have the store (either this site or other sites where I sell my products) send the gift directly to the recipient. When customers inform me of this, I also hope that "the gift recipient will enjoy my puzzle box"😊

In such cases, the sender can request me to include a message note along with the puzzle box. If you wish, I can place the note inside the puzzle box. This way, the recipient won't be able to see it until they open the puzzle box. Sometimes, customers request to have notes such as "Well done!" placed inside the box. It's a great idea! and Many people who place messages inside the box include marriage proposals or love messages. It might add even more surprise and excitement!
However, the dimensions of the puzzle boxes vary, so it can be difficult to fit very long messages inside the smaller boxes. Once, I was asked to include a very long gift message inside the tiniest box (the "Mame Himitsu-bako"). Somehow, I managed to fit it inside, but the writing became very small...I was a bit worried if it would be readable! ha ha..πŸ˜…γ€€

Today, a customer also requested a gift message. This photo is from a purchase on one of my other sites, but similarly, I included a printed message with the puzzle box today.
This looks like a birthday gift message. Many people send these as birthday presents. If you are sending a gift, please let me know. I will include your gift message with it. I can include these messages for free. Since there is no form to request a gift message on this site, please inform me through the free message section when placing your order.
Normally, I place the gift message note inside the packaging box along with the puzzle box, but not inside the puzzle box itself. If you would like the message to be placed inside the puzzle box, please let me know, and I will do so (shorter messages might be better)πŸ˜„
