Factors include the warp and quality of the wood, the adjusting of force used during making process, etc. And loosen the tight panels a little and tighten the loose panels, I will make it easy for customers to move the slide panels. actually it is easy to loosen tight panels, but Some time is required to tighten loose panels.
and the second check is cleaning the inside of the puzzle box. A lot of wood chips are put into the puzzle box during the making process. I remove it. Actually it is blown away with powerful air!😁 And next I check the puzzle box does not have any damage on the outside, it is put in the outer box.
